Nope.  Ardi is the only member of the Ardent team that works 24/7, but that’s because she is a chatbot and not a human.

Ardi is great at answering frequently asked questions, providing answers to general account questions and routing you to the correct representative or webpage.

Start by rephrasing your question. If Ardi’s next answer isn’t helpful, she will try to connect you to a human.

Human representatives are available to chat during the following hours:

  • Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM
  • Saturday 9AM-3PM

If you connect with Ardi first, you can ask to speak with a human during these hours.

After you end your chat, a short Member Feedback survey will appear before you close the chat bubble. Tell us about your issue, where Ardi fell short and how she can improve—we’ll start getting her up to speed!

You can chat with Ardi just like you do with anyone else. That said, she responds best to shorter, direct questions and requests, such as:

  • What are your current loan rates?
  • How do I open a checking account?
  • Where is the nearest ATM?
  • I’d like to change my password.
